论坛简介

复旦大学光华青年学者论坛，旨在为各学科领域的海内外优秀青年学者搭建学术交流平台。通过主论坛专题报告会、分论坛学术研讨会和人才洽谈会等形式，围绕国际学术前沿，探讨学科热点问题，促进学术交流与合作，为我校“卓越2025”人才引进计划的实施汇聚全球英才。

学术评价与智能评价分论坛定于2025年1月6日在复旦大学国家智能评价与治理实验基地举办，采用线上线下相结合方式。论坛现正式开始网上报名，我们诚邀海内外优秀青年人才参会交流，共创世界一流！

申请条件

青年英才：

1. 在海内外著名高校或研究机构从事学术研究，已有独创性、一流水平科研成果、具有突出学术潜力的青年优秀人才；

2.在评价相关领域科研成果突出，并在其从事的研究领域具有一定的影响力，具有引领学科发展的潜力。

青年研究员/副研究员：

1. 具有海内外知名大学博士学位，品学兼优的青年学者；

2. 具有良好的科研潜质、学术道德和综合能力；

3. 具有评价相关研究背景，具有信息资源管理、图书情报、数据科学、统计学、人工智能、计算机科学与技术、公共管理、社会治理、科技政策、教育学、经济学、管理学等相关领域的研究或就职经验，并表现优异。

超级博士后：

1. 具有博士学位和学历，品学兼优的青年博士；

2. 具有良好的科研潜质、学术道德和综合能力；

3. 欢迎有志于为中国学术评价改革做出贡献的青年学者；亦欢迎理工科博士申请；

4. 应届博士生应于2025年8月前取得学位。能近期加入基地工作者优先。

申请方式

申请者请将个人简历（含大学本科起的教育、工作经历）、最高学历学位证书、三篇代表性学术论著、能反映学术水平的相关材料（论著目录（建议不超过10项）、获奖、主持或主要完成的项目等），以“光华论坛+人才类别+研究方向+姓名”方式命名，于2024年12月20日前打包文件发至邮箱：houxinxin@fudan.edu.cn。对申请人进行资格审核后，我们将通过邮件向审核通过人员发送参会邀请。

人才待遇及保障

1. 人员薪资参照复旦大学相关标准，一事一议；除标准薪资外，课题组根据实际情况另行匹配绩效和劳务收入。

2. 人才公寓、户口和子女入学按照学校规定执行。

3. 提供良好的科研环境和发展空间。

Introduction to Forum

Young Scholars are the future of academic research. Fudan-Guanghua International Forum for Young Scholars aims to create communication platforms for global young talented scholars of various research fields to discuss cutting-edge research spotlights, to resolve frontier academic problems and to enhance cooperation among distinct disciplines. The Forum also offers young scholars a taste of research environment and a package of know-how for research in China, specifically at Fudan University. It would eventually foster the “Extraordinary 2025” Elite Project to help attract from world-wide young researchers to work at Fudan University.

Sub-Forum of Academic Evaluation and Intelligent Evaluation is hosted by National Experiment Base for Intelligent Evaluation and Governance, which will be held on Jan.6^th, 2025, with a combination of online and offline formats. The forum is now officially open for online registration. We sincerely invite outstanding young talents from home and abroad to participate and exchange ideas !

Applicants Requirements

Young Talents:

1. Engaged in academic research at renowned universities or research institutions at home and abroad, have achieved original, top-tier scientific research results, and possess exceptional academic potential;

2. Have made significant contributions to the evaluation of scientific research achievements and have a certain level of influence in their research field, with the potential to lead the development of their discipline.

Young Researchers/Associate Researchers:

1. Hold a PhD degree from a globally renowned university, either domestic or international;

2. Exhibit strong research potential, uphold academic ethics, and possess well-rounded capabilities;

3. Have a background in research related to evaluation, with research or work experience in fields such as information resource management, library and information science, data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, computer science and technology, public administration, social governance, science and technology policy, education, economics, and management, and have demonstrated excellent performance.

Super Postdoctoral Proposals:

1. Recent PhD graduates;

2. Show strong potential for scientific research, maintain academic integrity, and possess comprehensive abilities;

3. Committed to contributing to the reform of academic evaluation in China are welcome; applications from doctoral graduates in science and engineering are also encouraged;

4. Fresh PhD graduates should obtain their degrees before August 2025. Priority will be given to those who can join us in the near future.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Salaries are based on the relevant standards of Fudan University, with individual negotiations for each case; in addition to the standard salary, our team will match performance and labor income according to actual conditions.
